The Pediatric Evening Clinic has been serving the children of the Upstate for over 20 years. The Pediatric Evening Clinic provides prompt service and quality urgent care for children (newborns to 18-year-olds). Our hours are 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm seven nights a week, closing only for major holidays.  We are staffed by experienced pediatricians or family practicioners and highly qualified pediatric nurse practitioners.

We accept most insurance plans and Medicaid. Contact our locally owned and operated clinic today, or stop by our office for after-hours care. We're conveniently located next to the Chamber of Commerce near the intersection of Saint John and Pine Streets.   Look for the totem pole with Doctor Bear watering his flowers!!!  You may see the doctor/owner watering his flowers as well.

We see children with every imaginable problem and are very aware of community and regional resources for those in need of more specialized care.  This past week we evaluated two babies with pyloric stenosis, treated children with H1N1 influenza, patched up minor lacerations, drained and treated several children with MRSA infections, sorted out the cause of various fevers, diagnosed a wide variety of rashes, evaluated kids for behavioral and learning problems while providing many children with a convenient location to get their sports physicals.
